PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To stand in as relief in all the poduction functions. To ensure that all company requirements on quality, safety, risk, environment and production are met within the production environment.

Main Tasks

• Must take ownership of tasks and have a high sense of urgency
• Ability to show initiative and to act thereon with no and/or minimal supervision
• Stand in as relief in all production functions
• Abide by all requirements with regards to quality, safey, risk, environment and production

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Understanding of plant flow and layout
• Computer literate

• Technical Skills - Listen/Look/Basic Mech understanding
• Planning Skills
• Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• HIghly organised, efficient and pro-active
